Ingredients
- Smoked sausage
- Bacon (not thick cut)
- Brown sugar
Preparation
- Line large cookie sheet with heavy duty foil. Cut bacon strips in half. Cut sausage into 1/4 slices and wrap with 1/2 piece of bacon; secure with toothpick. Place sausage pieces in cookie sheet and cover with brown sugar. Cover with foil and let sit in fridge overnight. Remove foil covering and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes (bacon should look done).
- Note: I use light brown sugar and most of the box. Usually use more than a 16 oz. pack of bacon.
