  • 6 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
