Ingredients

  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, chopped*
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 medium-size red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

Preparation

  1. Stir together all ingredients; cover and chill 1 hour.
  2. *2 large tomatoes, chopped, may be substituted.
