Pico de Gallo
This recipe goes with Easy Burritos
Yield: Makes about 3 cups
Ingredients
- 3 cups diced plum tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 6 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 to 6 tablespoons diced jalapeño peppers
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
- Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
