Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced plum tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 6 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons diced jalapeño peppers
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
