  • 3 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1 to 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Stir together all ingredients; serve with tortilla chips.
