Ingredients

  • 6 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons minced cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve with grilled meats, tortillas, or chips.
