Pico de Gallo

1 pint grape tomatoes, chopped*
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
1/2 medium-size red onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove, pressed
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind
1/4 cup fresh lime juice


Stir together all ingredients; cover and chill 1 hour.

*2 large tomatoes, chopped, may be substituted.
