Pickled Vegetables

    Easy to make & so delicious! We ate them tonight with the Spicy Shrimp Noodle Soup, and even though my husband was skeptical at first when I told him pickled vegetables, once he tried them he loved them! I'll make them again for sure.

    Easy enough to make. Nice way to change up the veggie side dish. I used cauliflower, mushrooms, and sweet red peppers. I might prefer half the sugar called for.
