- 2 1/2lb large shrimp, steamed spicy
- 2C onion, thinly sliced
- 7 bay leaves
- 1 1/4 vegetable oil
- 3/4C vinegar
- 2t salt
- 2 1/2t celery seed
- 2 1/2t capers with juice
- 1/4t Tabasco
- Layer first 3 ingredients. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over shrimp. Cover and chill. Keeps in refrig quite a while.
