- 3 teaspoon(s) olive oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) Capers Coarsly chopped
- 1 Lemon Juice and zest
- 1 pound(s) Fresh green beans
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Whisk together oil, lemon juice, capers in a bowl set aside
- Bring a large sauce pan with salted water to a boil, add green beans cook till tender 3-4 minutes. Using a slotted spoon transfer beans to iced water to stop the cooking. Drain beans and toss with vinaigrette adjust to taste, garnish with zest
