Piña Colada Sundae
Ingredients
- Diced fresh pineapple
- 1 scoop pineapple-coconut or vanilla ice cream
- Rum
- Warm orange-caramel sauce
- Lightly sweetened softly whipped cream
- Toasted coconut
- Spear of pineapple
Preparation
- Place a layer of diced pineapple in a large wine glass or small bowl. Top with ice cream. Generously drizzle with rum and orange-caramel sauce. Top with whipped cream and coconut. Garnish with spear of pineapple.
