Piña Colada Sundae

Ingredients

Diced fresh pineapple
1 scoop pineapple-coconut or vanilla ice cream
Rum
Lightly sweetened softly whipped cream
Spear of pineapple

Preparation

Place a layer of diced pineapple in a large wine glass or small bowl. Top with ice cream. Generously drizzle with rum and orange-caramel sauce. Top with whipped cream and coconut. Garnish with spear of pineapple.
