My family loved this. I only had red wine vinegar, so I used it. I sliced the peppers and then cut them in small pieces. I put the halibut in a baking pan, then put the peppers on top, then sprinkled it with the vinegar, then spread the pesto on top....used extra pesto. Then I cut the fish in individual serving portions and broiled till done.

This was an amazing dish. Amazingly tasty and amazingly easy! Would be great for a dinner party. I had a Vidalia onion on hand, so I added that to the skewers as well, which was good, but not necessary. We paired with crusty bread, broccoli and sangria.

This was a great, simple recipe. I used both sea bass & halibut - the sea bass was more expensive, but it held up just as well under the broiler & tasted better (I thought). I'm making it again tonight!

I wasn't a fan. Maybe my broiler wasn't hot enough- I wish the fish would have crisped up more on the outside (kinda soggy, I thought) I also had to broil it a bit longer. Super quick & easy though. We could've used another pepper, or added other veggies.

My husband made this for me for my birthday dinner and it was easy and absolutely delicious. There was no halibut available at the fish market but they had a medley of tuna, swordfish & mahi mahi chunks perfect for kabobs (and a fraction of the price), so we got that and it worked beautifully. We added pieces of red onion. Broiled for 4 minutes and then flipped for 3. It was perfect.

This was an absolutely delicious and simple recipe. We made a basil walnut pesto to go with this and then grilled the kabobs and they were amazing. My husband was doing his happy dance throughout dinner. We then used this same basil pesto, vinegar mixture on beef and mushroom kabobs and got rave reviews from company. Delicious!

Wonderful!! I would make this every week if halibut wasn't so expensive.

I love these! I've made these on a number of occasions with halibut and they are yummy! I've also added other vegi's such as red onion with the peppers. I would make these so much more if halibut wasn't sooo $$$, too!

My boyfriend and I loved this recipe! He doesn't even like pesto or red peppers all that much but I think the white wine vinaigrette made it. I used grouper instead of halibut and chopped up some onions as well. I didn't have any skewers so just broiled them in a glass dish as separate pieces and it turned out great! I would recommend deskinning the grouper first though....

Sooo fast, so yummy! We threw on more veggies - squash, zucchini and red onion - and left off the salt. Delicious! Our family devoured it in seconds. Will definitely make again because it's so easy and for the most part uses ingredients I keep on hand!

Really good combination of flavors. I used two 7 oz pieces of halibut, which I left whole. Preheated broiler 10 mins, had rack 4 " from heating element. Sprinkled 1 TB vinegar over each piece of fish, then 1 TB pesto and broiled for about 7 mins. Then added roasted red pepper slices over top and finished broiling, about 2 mins. Not only was it great tasting, but presentation is really nice -- plus it's a quick and easy meal to prepare. Will definitely make again.

I prepared this last night; it was so good!! I added some zucchini, mushrooms, red onion & fresh pineapple chunks, along with the Halibut, in the Pesto marinade. Skewered it up and broiled...was delicious!! Will definitely be making it again! Thanks for such a great recipe!
