This is a quick and easy recipe with lots of flavor. I actually left out the buttermilk because I didn't want to buy a big carton for only 1/4 cup. I can't imagine that small of an amount making a difference in the recipe, unless it's just to thin it out, and I liked the consistency without it.
Yield: 2 cups
- 1 (7-ounce) container pesto
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl until blended. Cover and chill. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.
