- 4 ounces pizza or bread dough
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons thinly sliced basil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Roll dough into an 8 x 4-inch rectangle, and proceed. Cut dough into 4 (8 x 1-inch) strips; twist each strip. Arrange dough on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425° for 11 minutes. Combine melted butter, basil, and minced garlic. Brush butter mixture over breadsticks.
