Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. 1. With food processor on, drop garlic and pine nuts through food chute; process until minced. Add basil and remaining ingredients; process until smooth.
