Loved this recipe! I substituted the lamb with ground turkey and it wasn't dry at all! Made my own Taziki sauce and used Trader Joes middle eastern flatbread.

Really liked this. A few modifications- substituted ground sirloin for lamb, omitted onion, and shaped each kebab into one long rectangle per skewer. Also ommitted sumac as I didn't have it, and the sauce was still tasty. Will definitely make it again.

This was quicker than I expected and turned out great. We are only a family 3, so I froze the extra as meatballs. Everyone really loved it.

I really liked these! They would make a great appetizer to serve at a party. Very unique and tasty! I found the meat mixture was a bit goopy and wouldn't stay on the skewers. I ended up cooking them on the grill pan first and then putting them on the skewers. The sauce was ok although I'm not a big fan of cilantro. The skewers were tasty enough without the sauce.

Ugh, Amazing. I tinkered with it slightly but not much and the sauce is fab too. My girlfriend is Chaldean and could NOT believe it was turkey. Oh thats one thing I did - all turkey.

Yummy! My husband loved these. The only thing a bid odd is if you follow the directions and make 3X1 rectangles they don't look anything like the picture (as far as shape go). I also left out the sumac (couldn't find it). I tried dipping my finger in the sauce and thought that it wasn't going to be that good but when combined with the meat it is totally different and goes well together!

Lamb was expensive. The recipe left much to be desired.

My husband loves this recipe, a healthy version of his favorite indulgent.

This was great. The prep took longer than I thought it would so we ate late. It was worth the wait! The dipping sauce was excellent - nice and zesty. I didn't have sumac so looked up the alternative on line- lemon zest and salt (which I had). Served with tumeric rice and roasted string beans. Would make this for company. Very colorful plate.

The meatballs are excellent. The sauce is much better if you can make ahead. The next day the dipping sauce was even better. I halved the recipe and we still had plenty for two and leftovers.
