Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 (1 1/4-pound) pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients, and rub evenly over pork. Place pork on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until a thermometer registers 160°. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
