Peppery Spiced Nuts

Yield 4 cups

Ingredients

  • 4 cups pecan halves
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How to Make It

  1. Sauté pecan halves in butter in a skillet about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.

  2. Place nut mixture in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
