    Great crunchy texture. Used Carr's Table Water Crackers w/ Cracked Pepper as I had them on hand. Cream gravy would have been best, but oil was getting burnt & too much cracker dust in bottom. Made packaged chicken gravy instead.Very good substitute. Served w/ mac & cheese and salad

    I can't believe I made this chicken. It was well season, moist on the inside, easy and quick to make. The crackers gave the chicken a great texture. I tested the recipe with just two breasts but didn't make potatoes. I ate both breasts plain with no potatoes, very good! The chicken was also very crispy even after a few hours.

    This chicken was soooo good! My family and I just ate it and it was awesome! I used Club Crackers and it came out wonderful. I used only 2 cups of milk and 2 eggs and it was still too much lots of milk and eggs leftover. Even lots of crackers and flour mix too. Next time I will lessen the recipe or increase the amount of chicken I cook lol yah this is so good I think I will make more! I will definitely be making this again and often. Super yummy and simple. Made with mashed potatoes, rolls and green beans on the side.

    Great southern meal! Loved the breading; would be great on other meats as well. I will try it on Chicken Fried Steak. The measurements for the gravy was spot on - I did half it. There was no worry of did I add enough or too much flour. Will certainly keep the gravy measurements for gravy anytime.

    Awesome, crispy fried chicken! My first fried chicken and it turned out great! I will cut the milk and eggs and cracker crumb mixture in half next time. I loved the milk gravy. I would also cut the gravy recipe in half next time.

    Great breading mix, nice & crunchy. Would be good with any thin meat--pork, cube steak, turkey cutlets. Like another reviewer, I had lots of leftover egg/milk and cracker crumb/flour mix left over. I had to slice bnls/sknls chicken breast in half horizontally or I would have been pounding it all day. That worked well. Haven't made the gravy yet, but with leftover egg/milk & breading, will make more today, with mashies & gravy. Would gladly serve to guests and will share with family members.
