This recipe is awesome served with grilled artichokes. Made it last night for my boyfriend and he raved and raved. This, from a man who is uber health concious and wouldn't typically eat mayonaise -- he broke his rule once he tasted this! Easy, tasty, and presents lovely with a little parsley and black pepper sprinkled on top. It would also be delish as a tatar sauce replacement for any type of fish. I chilled it for a few hours before serving to let the flavors marry, and then brought it back down to room temperature before plating the artichokes. A huge 5-stars on this one!!
