Ingredients

1/2 cup evaporated skimmed milk
10 round peppermint candies, crushed
1 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee
Peppermint sticks (optional)

Preparation

Combine milk and crushed candy in a small saucepan. Cook mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until candy melts.

Remove from heat, and stir in brewed coffee. Cover and chill. Serve over ice. Garnish with peppermint sticks, if desired.
