Peppermint Chocolate Bark

This is a simple easy recipe for a great treat for teachers, friends and family There are many different variations that can be made, it all depends on what you like!! Feel free to add any of your favorite ingredient's and make this your own!!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag(s) milk chocolate discs
  • 1 bag(s) white chocolate discs
  • 1 bag(s) peppermint candy canes crushed

Preparation

  1. In a microwave safe bowl pour milk chocolate chips and melt 30 seconds at a time.
  2. Stir after each 30 second interval till ,melted and smooth
  3. at this point, pour chocolate into a baking pan lined with parchment paper
  4. spread out till about 1/4 inch think
  5. spread crushed peppermint candy canes on top
  6. repeat the same melting procedure for the white chocolate
  7. pour on top of the milk chocolate and sprinkle more candy canes on top
  8. let cool completely
  9. I like to put it in the freezer for about 20 min
  10. Then remove from pan, flip over and break apart (I use a hammer, I'm not that dainty)
