I made this last night and it was delicious! My husband isn't a huge fan of tomatoes but he loved it too! I will definitely be making this again.

What a great dish! And so easy! The rub for the flank steak was flavorful. Let the rub sit on the steak for about an hour before grilling. Served with oven roasted garlic fries and a chopped veg salad. As we cooked a 2 pound steak, I froze the leftovers for another dish (fajitas, stir fry, etc). Yum!

This was excellent. This was the best recipe I have made from this site. The combination of the steak rub and salsa was amazing. I served this with the garlic fries on this site and it was an awesome combo.

This was great! The rub reminded me and the kids of fajita seasong, but probably 1/4 of the sodium. We give it a big thumbs up! The salsa paired great with the flavors from the rub.

I made this for dinner tonight, exactly as written. Awesome flavors, a perfect light meal for a warm, summer night. Even the picky 9 year old loved it.

I didn't have yellow tomatoes, so I substituted some diced yellow pepper. Nice easy meal, beautiful on the plate. I wouldn't hesitate to serve this to guests. We opted for a nice saffron rice as a side instead of the recommended bread.
