  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed (about 1/2 inch thick)
  • Cooking spray

How to Make It

  1. Preheat broiler.

  2. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.

  3. Combine pepper and salt in a shallow dish. Dredge steaks in pepper mixture.
