How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat broiler.

Step 2

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.

Step 3

Combine pepper and salt in a shallow dish. Dredge steaks in pepper mixture.

Step 4

Place steaks on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 6 minutes. Turn steaks over. Broil 5 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Serve immediately with horseradish mixture.
