Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons roasted garlic-flavored vegetable oil
  • 1 medium-size green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 medium-size sweet red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 medium-size sweet yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion, cut into eighths
  • 1 (8-ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms

Preparation
