Penne with Roasted Asparagus and Balsamic Butter

    Good, easy recipe. Although we thought it was a little bland and too buttery. If made again, I will increase the balsamic, garlic, and salt; and decrease the butter.

    AMAZING! Used Olive Oil Pam instead of Olive Oil to roast the asparagus (and probably left the asparagus in for 20 minutes instead of 10) and used Land O'Lakes Light Whipped Butter (4 Tbsp instead of 8) and it was amazing!!! My boyfriend LOVED it!
