Penne with Asparagus, Sage and Peas

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    This was really good! I added about 1.5 C of pre-cut butternut squash that I caramelized before adding the asparagus, used whole milk instead of cream for the sauce, and garnished with some fresh, chopped parsley. Very satisfying and a mix of appealing flavors and colors. great as a main dish, also a side with fish.
