Excellent and simple. I was a bit taken aback by the quantity of olive oil but it worked out well. The flavor really depends on having sweet cherry tomatoes. I subbed grated romano for the parm and I liked the tang it gave. I also used farfalle because I had it on hand. I can see adding olives to this, or chicken, to keep it interesting. I will make it again.

Very good and so simple to make. The kids loved it. I like having good vegetarian recipes that are filling and delicious. Will make again!

This was good. Very fresh but I needed mot take it to the next level. I used sweet golden cherry tomatoes, I just roasted a slew of red peppers, also I had roasted Roma tomatoes in the fridge. I added everything else but I added goat cheese when it was on my plate. Absolutely delicious & the goat cheese was the crowning glory. I might add skinless boneless chicken thighs chunked up the next time.....then it would be 5 stars.

This was beautiful summer dish. I love the addition of the peas and fresh herbs. However, I personally don't like mushy tomatoes very much and I think there were too many tomatoes called for. Overall there is nothing wrong with this dish but it didn't have a 'wow' factor for me.

This was a tasty dish. Added sliced baby bellas sauteed with the garlic as well as crushed red pepper for heat. Used whole wheat pasta and goat cheese. Will make again.

So easy and flavorful. My toddler and 1 year old loved it with chicken added to it.

Honestly, I'm a little disappointed on the taste. I think it's really bland even after adding balsamic vinegar. I think I'll add mustard to the vinaigrette next time. I like the combo of the ingredients and was looking for a different kind of vegetarian dish, but I would like more flavor. I'll think add garlic too. Thanks for the idea though.

Key is fresh, high quality tomatoes and basil. Very good, I added grilled chicken seasoned with kosher salt, pepper and basil and I added a few big shakes of red pepper flakes. I could see throwing in a variety of additional veggies such as bell pepper, asparagus, etc.

I made this when looking for a quick, meatless idea. I had to make a few modifications to what I had around the house without going to the store. I used petite diced canned tomatoes (drained), added diced onions in with the garlic, used dried basil and parsley in place of the fresh, and mozzarella as the cheese. It was a HUGE success! My 2, 6, and 8 year olds even loved it! I made a double batch so we would have lots of leftovers. I will be making this again.

Absolutely delicious for a full meatless Monday meal or all in one side dish. Iam pleased I made it tonight for meatless Monday because I have decided to make it to accompany a flank steak meat roll and lemon chicken for a reunion at my house for about 30 people. I won't have to fuss with a vegetable and a starch usually done at the last minute.

Not a great time to run out of olive oil but I made do. Good recipe, nothing out of the ordinary. I used feta and DH used parm. Next time, good quality olive oil and whole wheat penne.

Very easy. Made to recipe except subbed fresh peas for frozen. Nice use of summer herbs. Served with broiled rounds of Italian turkey sausage.
