Pecorino and Parsley Couscous

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    This was really good. I made the following edits: Couldn't find Israeli couscous so I just used what I could find in the grocery store - mine turned out a little on the drier side than I was expecting so I added a little olive oil at the end when mixing. Didn't have the full amount of parsley (~1/2) but I think more would be good I added a little more lemon zest than what was recommended - still good Used Parm-Romano since it's half the cost of Pecorino-Romano
