Ingredients
- 1 (8-inch) soft taco-size flour tortilla
- 1/3 cup (1 1/2 oz.) shredded Havarti cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans
- Pear preserves
Preparation
- Sprinkle 1 side of tortilla with cheese and pecans. Fold in half over filling. Cook quesadilla in a lightly greased skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes on each side or until cheese melts and tortilla is golden brown. Cut into wedges, and serve with pear preserves.
