Pecan Pimiento Cheese

Yield 4 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
  • 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 (8-ounce) block extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 1 (8-ounce) block sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup toasted chopped pecans

How to Make It

  1. Stir together first five ingredients in a bowl; stir in cheeses and pecans. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
