Ingredients
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- dash of nutmeg
- May want to add more flour or cut back on butter
Preparation
- Mix ingredients together using wooden spoon only. Line mini muffin tins with paper cups and bake at 350. For large muffins, cook 18-20 min. For mini muffins bake about 13-15 min.
