These are soooo yummy. I only got 12 muffins from this recipe, filling the muffin to 3/4 full. I did use liners and am happy I did. It came out great. I think next time I'll try this recipe using my mini muffin tin. These will be wonderful little bites then. I will definately use this recipe again. The taste of Pecan Pie made easy! !

I have never been a big fan of muffins but when a friend brought these to work last week, I gave them a try. WOW!!! They were so good that I made them for a family Christmas brunch yesterday and everyone RAVED! These are truly melt in your mouth, delectably delicious!!!

Quick, easy, and fabulous!! I followed the recipe exactly and got 12 small muffins. They are so rich and sweet that I wouldn't have wanted them bigger. Everyone gave them rave reviews here!
