- 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 24 Vanilla wafers
- 3/4 cup(s) Chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
- Cool Whip
- beat egg whites and baking powder until stiff, adding sugar gradually. fold in nuts, vanilla wafers and vanilla. Bake @ 325 for 25-30 mins.
