Pebre Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Preparation
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Cover and let stand 30 minutes; drain. Add the remaining ingredients.
