Pebre Sauce



Makes about 2/3 cup

4 jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar


Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Cover and let stand 30 minutes; drain. Add the remaining ingredients.
