I made these for appetizers on Xmas and they everyone loved them. The different textures and tastes were a great combination. However, I found them a bit difficult to make, especially getting the cheese to stay in place while wrapping the prosciutto around the pear. I would recommend laying the pear pieces on their sides and putting everything together. If you are willing to put in the effort they are a nice and unique thing to serve.
