Pear Waldorf Salad

  • 2 cups (3/4-inch) coarsely chopped Bartlett pear (about 2 pears)
  • 1 cup small seedless red grapes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • Arugula leaves or mixed greens (optional)
