Pear-Cranberry Sauce

You can substitute an apple for one of the pears to vary this simple sauce.
How to Make It
Step 1
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan. Cover and cook over medium-low heat 25 minutes or until cranberries pop, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Remove from heat; stir in sugar and rind. Cool to room temperature.
