Ingredients

2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons natural-style creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon light brown sugar
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
Dash of ground red pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, stirring with a whisk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, and cook 1 minute.
