Peanut-Graham Crust

Yield crust for 1 (9-inch) cheesecake


  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup finely chopped dry-roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

How to Make It

  1. Stir together all ingredients; press onto bottom and 1 inch up sides of a 9-inch springform pan.

  2. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
