- 2 cups dry roasted peanuts, finely ground

How to Make It
Combine peanuts, breadcrumbs, butter, salt, and pepper, stirring lightly; add egg yolk and broth, mixing well.
Spoon dressing into a greased 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
