  • 1/3 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh peeled ginger
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced


  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; stir with a whisk until well blended. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, and cook 5 minutes or until slightly thick. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Serve with pork.
