Ingredients

  • 2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a Dutch oven; cook over low heat, stirring frequently, 15 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, and add peanut butter; stir until smooth. Serve immediately over ice cream.
