Peanut Butter Sauce
Serve this warm peanut butter sauce over ice cream or with apple slices. Store sauce in the refrigerator up to 1 month, and reheat before serving.
Yield: Makes 2 1/2 cups
- 1 1/3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- Melt marshmallows and sweetened condensed milk in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add peanut butter and corn syrup, stirring until blended. Store sauce in the refrigerator up to 1 month, and reheat before serving.
