Makes 2 1/2 cups
1 1/3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1/3 cup light corn syrup
Melt marshmallows and sweetened condensed milk in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add peanut butter and corn syrup, stirring until blended. Store sauce in the refrigerator up to 1 month, and reheat before serving.
