Ingredients
- 5 cup(s) puffed rice cereal
- 1/2 cup(s) peanut butter
- 1/2 cup(s) honey
- 1/2 cup(s) chocolate, semisweet chips
Preparation
- Ready a 9x13 baking dish to mold the bars. In a microwave measuring cup, melt peanut butter and honey and mix well. Microwave up to one minute to melt. In a mixing bowl, place 1/2 puffed rice, and pour in 1/2 melted mixture -- mix well -- and press into baking dish -- cover with 1/2 chips. Repeat with second half of ingredients. Chill 20 minutes to make firm. Cut into 8 squares.
