Way too sweet. I made it for the Peanut - Cola Cake, and it's way too sweet and overpowering. Very gooey, and takes over the cake. But, that's probably because it makes three cups! That's enough for a layer cake, not a 9 x 13. Next time I'll use just half the recipe.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 (16-oz.) package powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in milk, and bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Reduce heat to low, and whisk in peanut butter until smooth. Gradually whisk in sugar until smooth; remove from heat, and whisk in vanilla. Use immediately.
