Peanut Butter Cookies

    I made these tonight and they were very good and easy. They were chewy and not hard. I put the dough in the refriderator to let it rest before I formed the dough into balls.

    These just weren't good. Spread a lot and crisped up. There are so many better recipes out there. If you do use this recipe the baking time is way too long, my cookies were overdone after eight minutes. Pass on it or proceed with caution.
